Self-contained and production-proven, this Basecamp has hosted over 90 Survivor seasons since 1997 and stands as one of Asia’s most established tropical production hubs. Facilities include: well-developed production infrastructure that can host up to 350 crew, experienced local teams, reliable 4G connectivity, diverse locations such as white-sand beaches, cliffs, caves, mangroves, and jungle all within minutes, fast logistics with islands 5–45 minutes by boat, first-class medical access 30 minutes by helicopter, and Malaysia’s 30–35% filming rebate on eligible expenditure.
Built to handle multi-country formats, the Johor Islands are uniquely capable of hosting up to three productions at the same time.
